Old Navy Rocks It

You all know by now that I'm a huge Old Navy fan. I'm a student on a budget and it's just something that works for me. Sure I'd love to afford brands like Anthropologie but it's just not working :D So in comes this cute tank dress. I hope it goes on sale soon because I love the navy blue floral print!

    I FEEL you on the budget! That's why like 70% of my wardrobe is from Forever21. :P

    Ah, another good one : ) But I feel like Old Navy does a little bit better on the quality control, but the best, but probably slightly better.
