Feeling comfortable with one's own body is a challenging journey. Accepting myself for the way I am comes with bumps in the road. But I believe its important; self love, self acknowledgment, self forgiveness, self acceptance. This photo shoot with Femina Photo handed me the chance to face doubts and fears about who I am and how I look. In the end I'm glad I posed and I'm happiest with these two images. I think it really speaks to how I feel about life currently. The lines, the shadows, the raw wood, the light, the dark, black, and white. Finding peace and making it my own.
