Style Files: What A Weekend!

First, a disclaimer....when you have good pictures, use them! This weekend my roommate Ellen and I went on quite the adventure (more pictures to come on that later).  Needless to say, when she takes my photographs they turn out SO much better than the tripod.
Today is the last day of classes before I head home from break. I'm excited to have more time to knit (yes, I'm a grandma), hopefully hem some vintage skirts, catch up with some old friends, and rest in the Lord. I've had such a busy stressful semester that I can't wait to wind down and just remember why I love him so much. Thanksgiving couldn't have come at a better time.
So how was everyone's weekend? I can't wait to read your updates! Ellen and I had the BEST Saturday I could have hoped for.  It included a photo shoot, a farmers market, shopping, hot apple cider, Pride & Prejudice, knitting, and catching up with old friends.

  10. This is a great outfit. Of course, I like the coat, like everyone else. But I'm also digging the open toed shoe with dark tights. I wouldn't think it would work, but it works. Cute!
