Style Files: Hoedown

This past weekend my University had a hoedown for the students.  It was a blast! My feet were killing me, but I learned how to line dance to the Peanut Butter Jelly song, Thriller by Michael Jackson, and some other line dances and square dances. Good memories that night, but let's just say that I'm not a natural dancer :D

Sunday was a great day at church. I slept in and then went to a small church in the area.  The great thing was that they were serving lasagna and spaghetti afterwards for college students.  So much better than cafeteria food!

In other news I just checked out my schedule for the next couple weeks and its PACKED.  Including weekends! In some ways I can't wait for this semester to end because that means less stress and more enjoying life, but that also means I won't see a lot of people for a long time since I'll be studying abroad next semester. So I'm trying to keep the memories I have, and make some more before I leave.

I hope you all had a great weekend! Did anything good happen?

  7. Chaucee, I have officially fallen in love with your Gap skirt, and I may have to break the news to my boyfriend that he has been replaced...I might just stalk the Gap online until I find one!

  8. I love those Breton stripes. They aren't the typical bright red, blue, or black. Nice. And we don't have autumn here in Manila, so it's so lovely to see the leaves with all the different colours in your photos.

  9. It's hard when you leave school to keep in touch with everyone. I felt the same way trying to hold on to the time your with your friends but it never lasts long enough!!

Also I cant believe snow is the love of your life! in december last year we were the second coldest place on earth, only next to Siberia. It was about -60 C with the wind... -76 F!! Still wanna move here?? hehe
