Style Files: Gusto

Sometimes its really strange to find out that people from my life actually read this blog.  Its pretty embarrassing! It kind of makes me want to give this up and go back to being normal. But doing this style blog actually makes me get dressed every day. Otherwise I wouldn't care. But chronicling this journey of trying to find a style, I've actually started to enjoy it.
By the way, can you tell the wind was crazy today?  Insane! In fact I couldn't get to where I actually wanted to go and take pictures because the road was closed off.  A huge limb had fallen off a tree and was blocking the street! I don't know what happened last night, but it must have had some gusto.

See you tomorrow for the picking of the giveaway winner!

  1. i finally just told my mom about my blog...haha..
i just dont tell friends because
i dont think they would really understand my blog and why i do it..
    so i totally understand... :)

these pictures are so beautiful. that brick wall is amazing..
i did outfit pics yesterday and the wind was all over the place..most of my pictures where put in the trash bin..the bangs where all over the place..!

  2. the only one who knows about my blog is the manfriend and thats only because he was questioning why he had to take pictures of me! haha. It's just weird sometimes isn;t it??

  3. Oh my goodness, there was crazy wind here yesterday when I was trying to take pictures, which resulted in so many silly photos!
You look so lovely! I love your stripey cardigan :)
Oh, and I just wanted to tell you that I put one of your lovely buttons on my page :)

  4. i know what you mean... sometimes people from my "real life" find out about the flowerchild dwelling and they're like, "wait... you have a BLOG...? that's really weird." they just don't understand. ;)

  5. hey, i invite you to participate on my giveaway!

  6. Looking cute :)

My parents have been reading my blog from the start. They live so far away so giving them a light hearted look into my daily life was part of the plan. It also means some things I don't mention on the blog :P

I do get a bit worried about my work colleagues reading it though. It 's funny: I'd love for a myriad of strangers to see my posts but I don't want my realworld friends and acquaintances to look.

    Happy weekend!

  7. And another thing: When people ask me about the blog why is the first question always "do you make money from it?"

I guess it is a kind of odd hobby but it 's not like it 's uncommon, right?

We love hearing from you!
